If you need more information about any of our events, please do contact one of the committee members or ask a pony club member that’s been involved for a while.

Rallies should be booked with Jean Gunn at least one week before so that suitable arrangements can be made. Instructors at rallies will continue to be paid from branch funds but there will be a charge for lessons with visiting instructors. Booking forms are attached for these. Jean can be contacted on 01955 603270. Members can also make use of the branch email address to book rallies (caithness@pcuk.org)   or to ask about any of the above events.

Area events – we do not have details for these as yet but training for the quiz competition will start soon. We need members of all ages for teams so please let Jean know if you’d like to come along. These sessions are a useful revision time for those planning to sit efficiency tests.

Showjumping League
Classes will start at 10.00am prompt with the lead rein section. We are always appreciative of parents arriving early to help set up the course! Entry fees taken on day of competition.

DENGIE WINTER League
This year Dengie Feeds have sponsored a dressage and showjumping competition. Caithness branch will have 1 dressage qualifier and 2 showjumping qualifiers. The first 4 in each class will be able to travel to the Area finals (no details as yet unfortunately).
See website for class eligibility details or contact Elaine to have details sent.

Christmas Show
This will follow our successful traditional format with showjumping in the morning (10.30am start), fancy dress competition and team games in the afternoon. Why not put your creative talents in action with the dark nights drawing closer and start planning your fancy dress outfits? Santa will be visiting and hot food will be available.

Sunday Schooling Rallies- These were successful last year so we will continue to have them if they are supported. The day will be split into a few sessions for safety reasons and members can come and school their horses or just ride around with friends. Please bring some cds and we’ll play them as you school. We are open to your suggestions for these days.
